Capital One
Womens Her-Story
Art Director | Executive Producer| Cinematographer | Storyteller
Capital One commissioned a creative initiative to honor influential women across its network of Cafés and Branches for Women’s Her Story Month. In partnership with a project manager, I was tasked with identifying associates who exemplified leadership, community impact, and the company’s core values. The campaign aimed to spotlight women who not only shaped their teams but also served as inspiration for others, aligning with Capital One’s commitment to representation, inclusion, and storytelling that uplifts.

Creative Breif
Approach
I grounded the creative strategy in authenticity. I developed a personalized questionnaire for each ambassador, designed to explore their values, personal stories, career journeys, and the women who’ve influenced them most. This helped shape a human-centered narrative that celebrated their lived experiences while honoring the broader theme of women’s impact.
As director and cinematographer, I focused on capturing natural, emotional, and empowering moments during each interview. I aimed for visuals that felt as intimate as they were inspiring—spotlighting confidence, vulnerability, and strength.
I collaborated closely with a motion graphics designer to enhance visual storytelling through elegant, branded motion design that elevated the final edit.
