Logan’s Prints Modeling
Role:
Founder | Creative Director | Photographer | Talent Manager
Brief
Born from a lifelong passion for photography and a mission to champion individuality, Logan’s Prints Modeling Team was created to redefine what it means to be seen. I founded this modeling agency to give aspiring models—of all races, sizes, genders, and identities—a platform to express themselves freely through photography, fashion, and storytelling. What began as a passion project became a full-service creative collective, where modeling meets mentorship, and where storytelling lives through self-expression.
My mission: To capture authenticity, elevate underrepresented beauty, and turn everyday individuals into visual icons.
Approach
Each model was hand-selected not for “industry standards,” but for their authenticity, personal style, and energy. From the moment of onboarding, every model was:
Co-creative in planning shoot concepts
Given opportunities for fashion direction, brand storytelling, and style exploration
Mentored through photography, posing, and self-expression
My creative direction included:
Collaborating on thematic concepts with models and clients
Styling, location scouting, directing talent, and overseeing post-production
Expanding into brand ambassador partnerships with small businesses to increase visibility for both talent and community entrepreneurs
Obstacles & Challenges
Scaling the team to over 32 models meant coordinating complex shoot logistics, especially with limited resources as a solo founder
To overcome this, I hired two additional photographers, created multi-station shoots, and optimized time across various photography styles
Sourced studios and outdoor locations that fit each campaign’s aesthetic while keeping production values high on a self-funded budget
Navigated admin operations, legal, and coordination tools to keep everything running smoothly (from contracts to shot lists)
Results
85% of team members used Logan’s Prints to land modeling, acting, and brand deals, including campaigns with Hyundai, H-E-B, and 7-Eleven
Several models now work with agencies or have been featured in editorials and published campaigns
I personally became a published photographer through platforms that spotlight creative entrepreneurship and small business storytelling
The team became a go-to talent pool for local business campaigns, combining brand building with real community representation
Art Direction Highlights
Directed over 30 unique campaigns, each with a tailored theme that reflected either a model’s story or a client brand’s visual need
Oversaw all creative development, talent coaching, and brand alignment
Brought emotional depth into every session—ensuring that expressions, body language, and framing aligned with each story being told
Created a safe, uplifting environment where models (many of whom had never stepped in front of a camera) could find their confidence and voice
What Made This Leadership Unique
I merged empathy with excellence—making my models feel seen and celebrated while delivering client-ready results
Built trust with talent and clients through transparency, creativity, and consistency
Leveraged business acumen to manage logistics, scheduling, communications, and growth strategy for the agency
Created a movement—not just a team—where diversity, freedom of expression, and cultural identity were the brand’s pillars
